Model Features
The key feature of this iron is a very small weight. The soleplate area is reduced, the center of gravity is in the middle. But it is suitable mainly for those cases where you have to do a little ironing.
The soleplate is ceramic with additional grooves for diverting water droplets (after the use of splashing). Virtually no limescale buildup with frequent use of the steam stroke. Can also be used for vertical steaming, but the water in the tank quickly runs out.

I bought my REDMOND RI-C263 for my country house, as my main "Braun" to bring back and forth all the time is not really desirable. And I did not expect that such a "baby" would be so handy! It irons well, nothing has ever stuck, the steaming works perfectly, the length of the cable is perfect, in my opinion.
