Functionality
The ILIFE V4 has a suction system that is specifically designed to collect pet hair. Now this may not seem like such a big deal, but it really is, because pet hair tends to be the bane of every vacuum cleaner - robotic or otherwise.
It can easily get stuck in the folds of carpets and even in the gaps between wooden floor panels. It's not uncommon for wool to remain even after the room has been vacuumed.
This model solves this problem perfectly by using four different cleaning modes and ten different sensors that are designed to detect any dirt and debris as well as objects such as furniture. If the robot detects a couch, for example, the vacuum reverses its route and bypasses it.

If you are looking for something that does a great job cleaning carpets and rugs, then no, this model is not what you need at all. Although the robot can clean carpeting, it can't do the job as well as many other premium models. However, if your home's floors are hardwood and you have dogs or cats that shed often, then the V4 is the perfect robot vacuum for you! Plus, it's quite inexpensive, which is also an advantage of the model. I bought the V4 for my home, but it soon moved to my summer cottage. I can clean the house perfectly. I am especially delighted that it cleans quickly and neatly the hair of my beloved dog.
